Terms of service
Last updated 15 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Omniio. Using the service means you accept them.
1. Who you are contracting with
Omniio is operated by Marco Lorenzo Qureshi Grima, a sole trader established in Malta, trading as Omniio (a LimitBreakIT product). VAT Reg No 3297-8402, registered as exempt under article 11 of the Value Added Tax Act (Malta).
8 Pepprina Court, Apt 6Trejqet ir-RummienĦal Għaxaq GXQ 1210MaltaIn these terms, “we” and “us” mean that operator; “you” means the person or organisation using Omniio. Written notice to us goes to sales@omniio.dev.
2. What the service does
Omniio is an aggregating Model Context Protocol endpoint. You connect an MCP client to https://mcp.omniio.dev, choose which upstream MCP servers to switch on, and Omniio exposes their tools through three meta-tools — search, describe and run. When your agent runs a tool, we forward the request to the upstream server you enabled and return its answer.
We are an intermediary. The tools themselves, and the data they return, belong to those upstream servers and are governed by their own terms. We do not warrant their availability, correctness or continued existence, and a server can be removed from the library if its operator withdraws it or it stops working.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the endpoint. You must give a working email address, keep your password to yourself, and take responsibility for everything done through your account and through the MCP tokens issued to it. Tell us promptly if you believe either has been compromised.
One account is for one person or one organisation. You may connect as many MCP clients to it as you like.
4. Credentials you give us
Some upstream servers need a credential of yours — an API token, or an OAuth grant you authorise. You give those to us so that we can call the upstream on your behalf, and that is the only thing we use them for. They are encrypted before they are stored, and they are used only to serve your own requests.
You must be entitled to give us each credential, and to let us make those calls. Disconnecting a server deletes what we hold for it.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Omniio to:
- break the law, or breach the terms of an upstream MCP server you have connected;
- send traffic designed to overload us or an upstream — including automated call volumes far beyond what your plan describes;
- reach systems or data you are not authorised to reach, or attempt to reach another Omniio account’s servers, credentials or logs;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service except with our written permission;
- resell the endpoint as your own aggregation service.
We may suspend an account that is doing any of these, and we will say why when we do.
6. Plans, calls and payment
Plans are priced per MCP call — one request to any of the three meta-tools. The current allowances and prices are on the pricing page, and the counter that decides them is the same one shown in your dashboard.
The Free plan is a hard limit: once its 10,000 monthly calls are spent, further calls are refused until the counter resets at the start of the next UTC month. Paid plans keep serving calls past their included volume and bill the excess at the stated rate.
Paid plans are bought and managed through Stripe, which handles the checkout, stores the payment method and issues the invoices. We never see or store your card details. The monthly plan fee is charged in advance at the start of each billing period; overage on calls above your included volume is metered from the same counter shown in your dashboard and added to the following invoice, never charged separately or in advance. Enterprise plans are quoted and invoiced by agreement instead.
Prices are in euro and exclude any tax that may apply to you, which Stripe calculates and adds at checkout. You can change or cancel a plan at any time from the billing portal linked in your settings. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account returns to Free; we do not refund the unused part of a period unless the law where you live requires it.
7. Availability and changes
We run Omniio on managed infrastructure and keep it up as best we reasonably can, but we do not offer a service level guarantee on any plan except where one has been agreed in writing as part of an Enterprise arrangement. We may change, add or remove features; where a change removes something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice by email.
8. Your data
You keep every right you have in the data that passes through the service. We claim no ownership of it. We store a record of each tool call your account makes — the tool, the arguments and the result — so you can audit your own agents; those records are deleted after 7 days. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, the service is provided as it is: we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that an upstream server will return correct results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for loss of data you could reasonably have kept a copy of. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, or €100 if you paid nothing.
You are responsible for what your agents do with the tools you switch on. If your use of Omniio causes a claim against us from an upstream server or a third party, you will cover the cost of it.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Omniio at any time and ask us to delete your account, which deletes your stored credentials, your library and your logs. We can end or suspend an account that breaches these terms, or on 30 days’ notice for any other reason — in which case we refund any prepaid amount for the period after it ends.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Malta, and the courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory rules in the country where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top always says when they last changed, and material changes are announced by email to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Omniio after that date means you accept the revision.
Questions about any of this go to sales@omniio.dev.
